We bought our first home through Hogg&Hogg and I think that the process went smoothly because Helen was brilliant throughout: always so helpful, competent, great communication throughout, kept us up-to-date at every step, chased various things up fast and efficiently and everything was done swiftly according to timescales. Truly amazing, professional, thoughtful and caring estate agency. Don’t go anywhere else, Helen is tremendous in every way. We sold our house within two weeks, in three months it was all completed. All other houses in our area of Caerphilly in the same price bracket are still on the market! Helen is attentive, listening to all our ideas and then finding the perfect solution. Rhiannon is equally professional and attentive...and takes fabulous photos!

The property we are currently renting is being re-let by Hogg & Hogg. Rhiannon has been amazing! She keeps in constant contact keeping us up-to-date on what is happening.

She is very flexible in date/time on viewings which we really appeciate and always gives us advance notice. Nothing seems to be a problem for them, if we cannot do a viewing then it's not made into a big deal like other agencys.

Rhiannon is very friendly and professional, often staying after the viewing for a short chat. I actually enjoy having her do the viewings because she is so easy to get along with.

I would 100% reccommend Hogg & Hogg to everyone and will use them in the future for renting/buying!!
