Due to being on a shared equity scheme unfortunately we weren’t able to list the house on the open market yet but when we do, I will be coming back to H&H!

Although Helen and Rhiannon were the estate agents for the property we were purchasing we would not have moved as quickly as we did without their imput they chased up our solicitor and the solicitor of the purchaser for our home they were very accommodating and extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout the process we would definitely recommend and would 100% use them if we ever decided to move again in the future.

Fantastic Agency offering a professional service whilst having a personal touch. Property launched and within a week, two offers, with the house achieving full asking price.
