It was the personal touch that counted, like having my number in her phone, so she knew me when I called. Helen was great right from the start. The quote was in line with what we were expecting and she didn't disappoint.

The photos by Rhiannon were fab and the description of our house was lovely. Helen worked hard at keeping us and our buyer informed all the way through. She did a great job of placating our buyer when things were getting stressful and they were getting extremely frustrated about things not progressing at speed and not having a moving date.

She really earned her money and we can't thank her enough for doing such a great job given the tough crowd she was dealing with and the difficult circumstances (the pandemic)! All round great service.

Great photos and a great description of the property both in the brochure and on line, great feedback with all viewings, I really could not have asked for more!
