I have already started recommending Hogg&Hogg to friends and colleagues. We bought our first home through Hogg&Hogg and I think that the process went smoothly because Helen was brilliant throughout: always so helpful, competent, great communication throughout, kept us up-to-date at every step, chased various things up fast and efficiently and everything was done swiftly according to timescales. We cannot thank Helen enough, she has been amazing throughout a really difficult move. We faced so many obstacles but Helen kept in contact throughout the whole 5 months and reassured us all. Helen was able to keep the original chain and we finally completed yesterday in time for Christmas.

Helen was great right from the start. The quote was in line with what we were expecting and she didn't disappoint.

The photos by Rhiannon were fab and the description of our house was lovely. Helen worked hard at keeping us and our buyer informed all the way through. She did a great job of placating our buyer when things were getting stressful and they were getting extremely frustrated about things not progressing at speed and not having a moving date.

She really earned her money and we can't thank her enough for doing such a great job given the tough crowd she was dealing with and the difficult circumstances (the pandemic)! All round great service.
