Helen and the team kept us informed at every stage from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions we had. We have finished the process now and hope to keep in touch. Helen was great right from the start. The quote was in line with what we were expecting and she didn't disappoint.

The photos by Rhiannon were fab and the description of our house was lovely. Helen worked hard at keeping us and our buyer informed all the way through. She did a great job of placating our buyer when things were getting stressful and they were getting extremely frustrated about things not progressing at speed and not having a moving date.

She really earned her money and we can't thank her enough for doing such a great job given the tough crowd she was dealing with and the difficult circumstances (the pandemic)! All round great service.
